GARY LENNON WRITER/PRODUCER on JUSTIFIED for FX/SONY, starring TIMOTHY OLYPHANT. CURRENTLY writing and producing a TV pilot for CBS called CHIEF. WRITER/PRODUCER of the MARIA BELLO PROJECT at HBO with GAVIN POLONE also PRODUCING. WRITER/PRODUCER of the UNTITLED PILOT for NANCY MILLER at A&E NETWORK. WRITER/Co - Producer on THE UNUSUALS on ABC. Lennon was the EXECUTIVE STORY EDITOR on the final season of the Emmy winning series, THE SHIELD on FX. Writer/Director of the feature film, .45 Starring Milla Jovovich, Stephen Dorf, Angus Mc Fayden and Aisha Tyler. Lennon was also a writer on the Paul Haggis’ NBC series, THE BLACK DONNELLYS. Lennon wrote THE INTRUDERS for UNIVERSAL FOCUS with Anonymous content producing. Lennon wrote HEART and SOUL for Jerry Weintraub at Warner Bros. Lennon sold his original script, “DJ”, to Intermedia, with Outlaw Pictures producing. Lennon, also penned the original concept remake of THE IDOLMAKER for producer Kenneth Babyface Edmunds. The project is set up at MGM. Prior to these, Lennon sold his original feature comedy SOUL SISTERS to the Walt Disney Film Corporation with Oprah Winfrey attached to produce and star and SLOW MOTION RIOT to Lumiere Pictures. Lennon also sold his play DATES AND NUTS to EDWARD PRESSMAN. DRUNKS, Lennon’s first feature film was an adaptation of his play Blackout. DRUNKS, gathered an impressive cast, among whom were: Faye Dunaway, Diane Wiest; Amanda Plummer and Parker Posey. LENNON’S play, .45 opens this winter, 2010, at the HAMPSTEAD THEATER in LONDON. .45 is being directed by WILSON MILAM. Published plays are Dates and Nuts and Blackout.
